Medicall Temporary Staffing Solutions are currently looking to expand the team and are recruiting for a Bookings Coordinator in our York based office. We are a temporary healthcare recruitment agency, focusing on the private healthcare sector. Although well known in the recruitment industry, we are relatively new to the temporary staffing environment but we are continuously growing. As a Bookings Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for a variety of duties within a very fast paced business. You’ll be client and candidate facing allowing you to build long-lasting, valuable relationships and developing your understanding of the healthcare sector. 

We’re a small and down to earth team looking for a like minded ambitious person to join us. You’ll benefit from working in the beautiful City of York and working in a non-corporate approach with a close-knit team who are passionate about delivering good quality service.

The main duties of the Bookings Coordinator role include:

  • Interviewing and registering candidates

  • Building lasting relationships with candidates and clients

  • Account management of existing and new clients

  • Striving to achieve revenue whilst adhering to the necessary quality assurance standards

  • Managing a database of employees to ensure you fulfil client requirements

What we are looking for in a successful candidate:

  • Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential

  • A friendly and warming personality

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Business Development experience and comfortable in a client-facing role

  • Experience within a similar recruitment role is preferred but not essential

  • Strong customer service skills
