Due to explosive growth, Medicall Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Branch Manager to join our business and develop our Croydon Branch. We are looking for someone who is an experienced Branch Manager/Senior Recruitment Consultant who is business minded and passionate about joining a business with exciting development. The Branch Manager will support clients in supplying staff across several areas such as Residential Homes, Nursing Homes, Mental Health Units and Private Hospitals. Specialising in Healthcare and Support Workers, you will have the opportunity to work with some big clients within the sector and grow your branch on a daily basis.

The main duties of the Recruitment Branch Manager role include
- Optimising the running of the office
- Running and driving an exciting desk
- Engaging and growing a successful team
- Building on current and future relationships with clients
- Interviewing, Screening and onboarding of candidates
- Developing new clients through proactive business development calls
- Consistently achieve sales targets and maximise branch revenue
What we are looking for in the successful candidate
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Experience within the healthcare or Education industry
- A full understanding of the recruitment and onboarding/screening process
- A friendly and warming personality
- Strong numerical and budgeting skills
- Client satisfaction and branch performance motivated
- The ability to continue the already positive development of our temporary staffing business
- Commutable Distance from Croydon, South London
